Our Projects
Custom homes, built as signature pieces
Every Zed home is designed from scratch around its owners — explore a few of our favourites.
Normandy Modern
Completed
A bold two-storey composition of stone, wood and glass on Normandy Crescent. Inside: a double-height great room, a glass-walled wine display and a kitchen made for entertaining.
Normandy Contemporary
Completed
A warm contemporary family home where crisp white millwork meets a signature navy-and-brass kitchen, a walk-in wine cellar and spa-calibre bathrooms.
Lotta
Completed
Dramatic rooflines, brick and timber textures, and an interior organized around light — with a marble waterfall kitchen and a cedar deck built for year-round enjoyment.
Larkin
Completed
A bright, family-first renovation and rebuild: painted-brick fireplaces, marble kitchen surfaces and sun-filled bedrooms that make everyday living feel effortless.
