I have always wanted my own business, so I studied Business Administration at Algonquin College, taking a variety of business programs to become well-versed in all aspects of the field.  This has always interested me and has been a great passion of mine: helping others and delivering the best quality and service possible.  Since I was eighteen, I have been in the sales industry, and for the past ten years, I have worked as a Finance Manager and real estate investor.  From a young age, I was always interested in architecture and had a keen eye for design. Attending St. Mark High School allowed me to make friends with some of the owners of the nicest homes in the city, particularly in the Manotick and Greely areas.  This has always motivated me to aspire to have a beautiful home of my own one day, which is how this journey began.  In 2018, a friend of mine who is a developer knew I wanted to build a custom home for myself and connected me with someone who had an infill lot for sale.  Within a week, I had a signed deal to build my first personal custom home.  During that process, I fell in love with every aspect—from selecting all the finishes and design elements to budgeting, coordinating with all the trades, and finally seeing the finished product.  I decided to merge my two passions—business and architecture—resulting in ZED DEVELOPMENTS.  My objective is to create some of the most beautifully designed homes in the Ottawa area, cutting no corners and always going the extra mile in quality and design.  With the home-building process in my hands, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.
